All about the Message was founded by Andrea Hardiman after 20 years working in corporate marketing and communications. It all started with food, where she worked for brand giants Whitworths and Heinz, marketing dried fruit and frozen foods. Her career continued with regional publisher Archant, marketing the Eastern Daily Press, before heading to Aviva to communicate the latest home and car insurance offers to customers and employees alike. Ask her what her favourite role was and she’ll say communicating Norwich Union’s rebrand to Aviva to 20,000 employees across 58 locations. One of her career highlights was creating an innovative internal communications campaign to inspire and engage employees in the UK and abroad. It achieved huge employee recognition and was a finalist in the 2009 Communicators in Business Awards.
She’s has stacks of experience communicating to a huge variety of audiences. From customers, retailers and suppliers to employees in offices, on the road or in contact centres, one thing she understands is that it’s all about the message and how you get it across.
